For comparative analysis as "objective" criteria, indicators were used from official statistical reports of medical organizations and ratings, calculated by the Committee of Health of the Volgograd Region, "subjective" – the results of sociological studies conducted among patients and doctors with the help of specially developed questionnaires, as well as data Internet poll patients.

В статье рассматривается деятельность доцента кафедры социальной гигиены и организации здравоохранения Риммы Васильевны Давыденко-Суворовой, работавшей в Ленинградском педиатрическом медицинском институте с 1957 по 1980 гг. Она создала в ЛПМИ курс истории медицины, разработала оригинальную систему преподавания этой дисциплины, изучала историю ЛПМИ и была автором первой музейной экспозиции.
