According to the press service of hh.ru, in March, compared to the previous month, the number of active resumes in Tatarstan increased by 10.7%. The largest increase in the number of applicants was recorded in the areas of "installation and service" (+23.4%), IT (+19.5%), as well as among applicants for positions of administrative staff (+18.9%) and novice specialists ( +18.3%.
At the same time, in a number of professional fields, the number of active applicants has decreased. In the sphere of "consulting" the negative dynamics was 19.9%, "banks, investments, leasing" – minus 12.9%, "extraction of raw materials" – by 18.8%.
The number of active vacancies in Tatarstan, according to hh.ru, decreased by 16.2% in March compared to February. The most intense negative dynamics was recorded in the areas of insurance (-48.1%), "banks, investments, leasing" (-31.5%), "HR management, training" (-31%), "marketing, advertising, PR "(-30.1%)," automotive business "(-30%).
The opposite situation has developed in the medical and pharmaceutical sector, where the number of offers increased by 28.8%. The shortage of personnel is observed in the segment "medicine, pharmaceuticals", "working personnel", "construction, real estate", "sales", "automotive business". In these areas, there are less than 2 active resumes per vacancy, while the norm is 5-6 resumes.
“At the same time, it must be said that, in general, the situation on the labor market of the region remains stable at the moment: today there are 4.6 resumes per vacancy – this is a moderate level of competition in favor of the applicant,” the press service of hh.ru said.
The press service of the Avito Rabota service reports that, according to a survey, 20% of Kazan workers plan to change jobs. For 70% of employees, career plans have not changed. The study was conducted in February-March 2022 by Avito Rabota and the fintech company Dengi Vpered. The survey was conducted online, and 7,494 working residents of the Russian Federation over the age of 18 took part.
According to the survey, 32% of respondents from Kazan plan to change jobs within 1-2 months, 18% within 3-4 months, 36% within the next six months, 11% within a year.
