Главная проблема бесплатной медицины в России в том, что она совсем не бесплатная.

В первый раз платит работодатель (или вы как ИП) деньги, которые мог бы заплатить вам напрямую, во второй – вы сами за лекарства, которых нет даже в стационаре, за процедуры, чтобы не ждать по полгода и т.д.

Дмитрий, вот именно. Всегда вызывает удивление слово "бесплатная", когда это обычная страховая медицина, существующая на деньги налогоплательщиков (и нет, с зарплат трудящихся удерживается гораздо больше 13%).

Pavla, она не бесплатная для тех, кто официально работает и платит налоги. А право на получение медпомощи в России имеют все граждане.

По сути есть 3 схемы. Африка/штаты/Ес-Россия

Первая, где все просто "нет денег – нет медицины"
Вторая где есть сложная система страховок, доплаты, часть народа не застрахована.
В целом штатовская система безумно дорогая и в мире не сильно распостранена.

Третья – это обязательные выплаты в омс подобные фонды. Плюс -финансирование государства.
По сути, единственная работающая схема в мире

То что у нас к этому "в+" есть чисто коммерческая медицина здорово, знакомые из других стран поражаются, что можно сделать мрт с расшифровкой за 100$ в день обращения.
Это действительно очень экономит время. ( А главный минус страховой системы – те кто платят не только меньше болеют, но еще и получают помощь хуже всех)

Дмитрий, В Европе тоже самое, за деньги легко можно сделать что угодно когда угодно, правда всегда надо обращаться к своему лечащему врачу, а потом за свои деньги куда угодно, ну или по страховке чисто на обследования и т. д. Но в большинстве случаев хватает обычной страховки. Сам живу в Чехии.

Российский же пациент вполне может сделать его за 50-100 долларов и прийти на прием уже со снимками и расшифровкой.

на счет "объективной" метрики тоже все не так просто: помимо того, что врач может помочь или усугубить есть другие варианты. вот пришли вы с гриппом и врач прописал лечение. и через 4 дня вы поправились. и теперь вопрос: почему вы поправились? потому что лекарства помогли? или ваш организм сам справился с этим? а может без этих лекарств вы бы поправились еще раньше? а может позже? мир не делится на + и -, все гораздо сложнее. а вы знаете что врачи часто выписывают гомеопатию (которая бесполезна от слова "совсем") или препараты которые не имеют никаких доказательств их терапевтического действия (например арбидол, кагоцел, хандроитинсульфат и т.п.)? и точно ли вы помните все свои посещения врачей и помните как они вас лечили? или вы помните только то что хотите помнить? даже если конкретный врач вам помог, вы знаете сколько он поставил правильных диагнозов? а сколько не правильных? а сколько неправильных лечений? может быть он всем выписывает одно и тоже и вам это почему то помогло? поэтому личный опыт – это не доказательство и это не объективно ни разу.
Для этого есть сравнительная статистика и научные исследования.
Вот именно случайной. только здесь мы их разделяем платные и бюджетные учреждения.
и ведь по сути наша "бесплатная" и платная медицина как например в сша отличается только тем, что здесь налогоплательщики скидываются на вообще всех и всех лечат примерно одинаково независимо от того сколько налогов ты забашлял. а там каждый платит за себя лично.
и если там больницы заинтересованы в клиентах, то следовательно они и заинтересованы в качестве обслуживания и лечения. иначе нет клиентов – нет денег – нет больницы.
а у нас такого стимула нет. больницам без разницы придешь ты к ним в больницу или другую и даже если придешь, то без разницы вылечишься ты или нет. Конечно, если исключить гуманность и сочувствие некоторых врачей.

Интересно, сколько людей из историй потрудились пожаловаться на отсутствие талонов, очереди на месяц, перенос операции на 6 месяцев и т.д. в минздрав и в фонд?
