Information about the current compulsory health insurance policy

COMPULSORY HEALTH INSURANCE POLICY IS AN IMPORTANT DOCUMENT, which guarantees the bearer free medical care for most diseases, as well as their prevention, since this assistance will be paid at the expense of compulsory medical insurance funds.

This section of the site provides an opportunity for insured persons to familiarize themselves with the information contained in the regional segment of the Unified Register of Insured Persons of the Stavropol Territory: about the currently valid compulsory medical insurance policy, about its assignment to an insurance medical organization, or to obtain information about the current stage of manufacturing a policy of a single sample.

If necessary, this section of the site will help print a certificate on the TFOMS SK form indicating the single policy number (UNP) of the CHI, the selected insurance medical organization, as well as the source of information – the official website of the fund.

CHI policy forms issued earlier than May 1, 2011 are valid indefinitely. At the same time, if your policy differs from those shown in the figure, TFOMS SK recommends that you obtain a policy of a single sample with printing protection of your choice, electronic or on paper, produced by GOZNAK. This will simplify the receipt of free medical care in any medical institution operating in the CHI system in the Russian Federation.

When using information posted on the official website of the TFOMS SK (hereinafter referred to as the site), the technical means of the site automatically recognize the network (IP) addresses of each user (site visitor). The mentioned information and e-mail addresses of persons using the interactive services of the site and (or) sending e-mails to the addresses indicated on the site, automatically accumulated information (including personal information) reported by users are stored using the technical means of the site for the purposes listed in paragraph 2 of this Notice.

3.Outside the limits specified in paragraph 2 of this Notice, information about site users cannot be used or disclosed in any way. Access to such information is available only to persons specially authorized to carry out the work specified in paragraph 2 of this Notice, and warned of liability for accidental or deliberate disclosure or unauthorized use of such information.

4. Personal information about site users is stored and processed in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data.

6. Sending any electronic messages to the network (electronic) addresses of users (visitors) of the site, as well as placing hyperlinks on the site to the network (electronic) addresses of site users and (or) their Internet pages are allowed only if such mailing and ( or) the placement is directly provided for by the rules for using the corresponding interactive service, and such mailing and (or) placement has received the prior consent of the user (visitor) of the site, expressed in the form provided for by these rules. Correspondence with users (visitors) of the site that is not related to the use of interactive services of the site or other information sections of the site is not made.
