At first, all therapeutic association is located in one-story barracks together with the polyclinic, therapeutic offices.

In 1951, the medical department passed into a two-story building on the street. In the 60s, the scientific work of Pechora doctors was headed Guseyn Gulia Mirzoev. For the results of his research, Mirzoyev was awarded a scientific degree of candidate of biological sciences. His candidate thesis is devoted to microbiology issues in the Far North. In the 1980s – 80s, Mirzoev and his colleagues acted on numerous scientific conferences by North Railways with their own reports. Throughout the whore half a century, the hospital team worked with the full relendence of the forces. It is enough to say that only a polyclinic over the years served 4.5 million people, and about 300 thousand patients were treated in the hospital.
