Thus, the budget retained the social orientation and reflects the main tasks of the socio-economic development of the region.

In general, the revenues of the regional budget for 2022 amounted to 247.7 billion rubles, and costs – 257.5 billion rubles. Own (tax and non-tax) revenues to the second reading in 2022 amounted to 174.3 billion rubles. Grateful arrivals from the federal budget – 73.4 billion rubles.

The costs of social policy will amount to 79 billion rubles, for education – 61.6 billion rubles, for health care – 25.9 billion rubles, for culture 5.1 billion rubles, on physical culture and sports – 5 billion rubles, at housing and communal services – 19, 7 billion rubles, road economy – 11.2 billion rubles, to increase wages to teachers through the introduction of a new wage system – 3.3 billion rubles.

– The budget today aims to unleash the most acute components and problems in the social life of the region. In the budget of 2022, we significantly increase the costs of culture, education, medicine. The construction of sixteen schools will continue, the construction of another seven new ones will begin. Including, in Rostov (Leventsovsky district), and in Bataysk (airlock), said Alexander Ishchenko, chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Region.

Special attention is paid to ecology. The budget contains funds to finance repair of hydraulic structures and cleaning Ros Rostov.
