From the first days of his life, a new educational institution had to show enviable resistance. The directions of economic development, social priorities, a political device model changed. In these uneasy conditions, the university with dignity endured all the difficulties, having passed the way from the branch of the Perm Medical Institute to the Kirov State Medical University. During these years, thousands of doctors came out of his walls, which are treated and saved their lives on all continents of the planet. Our graduates are our pride!

Kirov GMU is a modern university, pretending for practical health care, developing science and new simulation technologies with a developed material and technical base. Training of specialists is conducted in 5 faculties, on more than four dozen specialties and areas of preparation. We are an educational platform for people of different ages: from school students to the older generation. And in this we see our social role. The image of the university is becoming increasingly attractive. The forum organizers are the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) and the Roscongress Foundation. Special attention this year will be given to the idea and projects of young people.

“We are making a separate youth track, which will be held at the regional level. There we adapt ideas to the needs of young people. We invite children from 16 to 24 years old to join this work. They can offer initiatives and projects for the development of their city or region. The best of the projects will be supported at the level of the region and the federation, and ASI will take some ideas for support,” said Svetlana Chupsheva, Director General of ASI.

1. The final point will be a face-to-face two-day forum. It will take place in the summer of 2022. It is planned to present 100 best ideas and projects there, and within the framework of the plenary session, to demonstrate 10 of them to the country's leadership.
