PFS is committed to keeping tuition affordable in order to preserve the socio-economic diversity of its community. Current tuition does not cover the cost of the excellent education provided to your child. We rely on grants, donations and fundraising events to fill the gap.

SIBLING DISCOUNT
  • A discount of 10% on tuition only is granted for the 2 nd child enrolled
  • A discount of 33% on tuition only is granted for the 3 rd child enrolled
  • Discounts do not apply to scholarship students or to those receiving financial assistance or employee tuition assistance.
FEES
  • A $1,000 facility fee will be paid by new students. This fee is due only once with initial registration and is limited to $1000 per family
  • An activity fee of $400 per student ($300 part time) is due by April 10 th (or may be financed along with a SMART payment plan). This includes all mandatory charges and activities such as art and snack, student insurance, field trips, text books.
OPTIONAL CONTRIBUTION

Current tuition does not cover the cost of the exceptional education provided to your child. As every independent school, we rely on fundraising to fill the gap. You can make a contribution that is 100% tax deductible (TIN 93-1007912) and can be rolled into your monthly tuition payments. You will not be solicited further for annual giving.

PAYMENT PLANS

All plans are designed to have full tuition for the 2009-2010 school year collected by January 1 st 2010.

Plan A :

A1

$400 discount on tuition paid by check, cash, or money order, $225 discount on tuition paid with Visa or MC

A2

$225 discount on tuition paid by check, cash, or money order, no discount on tuition paid with Visa or MC

One payment due by February 27, 2008(or at time of enrollment for new students)

Plan B:

10% due upon registering, 30% due in May 2009, 30% due in August 2009, and the remaining 30% due in December 2009

Plan C:

Monthly Installments

10% due upon signing contract and the balance payable in 9 monthly installments
April 2009 to December 2009

When using SMART payment plans B & C as detailed on the back of this form, a deposit of 10% of tuition payable to PFS is due upon reenrollment, and a non-refundable annual fee of $38.00 payable to PFS per family must be submitted. Families who have previously participated in a SMART plan will be processed as a “roll-over”. Families using a SMART payment plan for the first time must return a completed SMART form with enrollment. Please see PFS’ Business Manager for a SMART enrollment form.

*A $25.00 fee will apply on any returned payment. A late fee of $25.00 will be applied to all accounts more than seven days past due. All SMART tuition will be collected via an automatic deduction from your checking account.
Note:

  • Student accounts must remain current in order to attend classes.
  • Optional activities such as AFCA, extra-curricular classes, or hot lunch will be billed separately.
