ADMISSION PROCESS

Admission Decision
On a first come basis
Prospective parents will be notified either by phone or in writing.
Enrollment Contract
Two weeks after admission decision notification
Please sign and send the Enrollment Contract to the Admissions Office.

*Applications will be processed on a space available basis.

TOURING THE SCHOOL
School tours are set up with the Admissions Office and are scheduled for 9:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The tours take approximately one hour and include a classroom visit as well as a tour of the school grounds and facilities.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Open enrollment:
Open enrollment begins February 1st. Classes are filled on a first come basis. A waiting list will be started for classes that are full. Registration forms must be presented at the time of formal registration with verification of all immunizations, as required by Oregon State Law.
Please note that:
- A child entering first grade must be six years of age by September 1st.
- A child entering kindergarten must be five years of age by September 1st.
- A child entering MS must be four years of age by September 1st.
- A child entering PS must be at least 30 months of age and potty-trained by time of enrollment.

 
 

  Re-enrollment: Re-enrollment for PFS families starts right after the Holiday Break. Commitment is expected no later than March 15 to secure a spot.
  Special Needs Policy: Students with special learning needs that are beyond the scope of the regular classroom instruction may not be offered admission, or may be removed from the school, due to program limitations. The school's psychologist helps some students with limited academic or behavioral challenges.

UNIFORMS:
Uniforms are required for students in MS (Moyenne section) through fifth grade. These students will also be required to have PFS gym suits for physical education classes. You can order the uniforms online at www.dennisuniform.com , school code 56475.
Students in PS (Petite Section) must be potty-trained. The children must wear clean, comfortable clothing, and shoes that enable them to move easily. Practicality, neatness, and safety are required.
